Hello, hello everyone! It us, Rebecca Does Vintage. But this week, it's all about you, our customers! Without you, we're just a lot of old junk and quirky oddities. You make us what we are and help us celebrate history. We want to inspire your hunt for great vintage and give you some advice.
1. When shopping for vintage, condition is super important. Vintage is obviously used..and old. Check every garment to make sure it's in decent condition. A little character is okay! If it's clothing, try it on, clothes were made differently throughout the decades, as well as sizing. All of our items are curated carefully by our staff, so we ensure quality.
2. Budget. You're probably why we'd tell you to save your money, but vintage can be expensive! These items are rare, and often designer. Save up for your absolute favorite pieces and treasure them! Learn about the brands you're seeing and try to steal a deal. We try to keep our prices fair for you, and offer discounts weekly.
3. Be open minded. We have tons of oddities in the store that might catch your eye, or even creep you out, but they're items with character and a long history, often unknown and curious. Whether this id decor, furniture, or clothing, try it out! We often have curators in the shop who can tell you about the awesome history and stories behind each curated piece.
